齐鲁工业大学基辅学院（Kyiv College at Qilu University of Technology）成立于2019年5月，是中国与乌克兰合作的第一家中外合作办学机构，（教育部批准号MOE37UAA02DNR20191976N)，合作方为齐鲁工业大学和乌克兰基辅国立工艺设计大学。2023年学院获批山东省教育厅“山东省中外合作办学示范机构”立项建设单位，顺利通过教育部2023年中外合作办学评估。

    Established in May 2019，Kyiv College at Qilu University of Technology, is the first Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run school between China and Ukraine (Ministry of Education Approval No. MOE37UAA02DNR20191976N). Qilu University of Technology and Kyiv National University of Technology and Design in Ukraine share cooperative partnership.In 2023, the college was approved as a development unit for the Shandong Provincial Demonstration Institutions for Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education by the Shandong Provincial Department of Education. Additionally, the college successfully passed the 2023 evaluation of Sino-foreign cooperative education conducted by the Ministry of Education.

 学院秉承中、乌两国先进的教育理念，充分发挥双方学校在教育教学、人才培养、科学研究、人文交流及国际合作等领域的优势，通过资源共享和优势互补，为山东省优秀学生参与国际化人才培养、就业及发展提供国际化大平台，通过开展“浸入式”学习交流，实现国际化交流能力、批判性思维能力、实践能力、创新创业等各项能力的全面提升。两校通过强强联合，共同探索国际化创新人才培养新模式，致力于培养一大批具有国际视野、通晓国际规则、基础扎实、专业竞争力强、综合素质高，能够进行跨国学习、工作并具备终生学习能力的复合型创新拔尖人才，服务于中乌两国经济发展、教育人文交流服务和“一带一路”倡议。

    Kyiv College adheres to up-to-date educational concepts of China and Ukraine, gives full play to the advantages of both schools in the fields of education and teaching, talents’ training, scientific research, cultural exchanges and international cooperation, and provides a platform for outstanding students in Shandong Province with internationalized talents’ cultivation program, job opportunities through resource sharing and complementary advantages. Through “immersion” learning and exchange programs, students are able to enhance international communication ability, critical thinking, practice skills, innovation and capacity for running startups, etc. Through collaboration between the two sides, the two universities jointly explore a new model for training international innovative talents, and devote to training a large number of talents with international vision, international rules, solid foundation, strong professional competitiveness, and high comprehensive quality. Students with lifelong learning ability are capable of studying and working in foreign countries, serving the economic development, educational and cultural exchange services and the the Belt and Road Initiative between China and Ukraine.

 学院目前招收“生物技术”、“轻化工程”、“视觉传达设计”三个专业的本科生以及“设计学”专业的研究生。本科生毕业可同时获得齐鲁工业大学本科毕业证书、学士学位证书和基辅国立工艺设计大学颁发的学士学位证书；研究生毕业可获得基辅国立工艺设计大学颁发的硕士学位证书。总办学规模为1600人。基辅学院的课程由中、乌双方选派优秀教师执教，其中引进乌方课程、教学时数等均占三分之一以上，乌方课程全部采用英语授课。

    Kyiv College now enrolls undergraduates majoring in Biotechnology, Light Chemical Engineering and Visual Communication Design respectively and postgraduates in Design. Undergraduate students can be both awarded undergraduate diploma, bachelor's degree certificate by Qilu University of Technology and bachelor's degree certificate by Kyiv National University of Technology and Design at the same time; as for postgraduate students, they can obtain a master's degree certificate from Kyiv National University of Technology and Design. In terms of its scale, the total number of students is 1600. In addition, the courses of Kyiv College are taught by excellent teachers selected by China and Ukraine. And taught in English, all courses and class hours from Ukraine account for more than 1/3 of the total. 
   学院以学生培养为中心，已经培养了3届本科毕业生和4届研究生，取得了良好的育人效果。三届本科毕业生，共有682名同学获得双方高校的学位，比例超过98%；历届毕业生考取南京大学、山东大学、西北大学、北京工业大学、大连理工大学、华东理工大学等国内知名高校研究生。出国深造方面，近几年毕业生成功申请悉尼大学、新南威尔士大学、新加坡国立大学、利兹大学、墨尔本大学、格拉斯哥大学、谢菲尔德大学等国外高校研究生。学生升学率约32%，超过我校同专业普通学生的升学率。同时，学生在科技创新方面表现优异，近几年学生获国家级竞赛奖项40余项、设计类奖项20余项，省级荣誉60余项。

      Student-centered  in its educational mission, the college has produced three cohorts of  undergraduate and four cohorts of postgraduate graduates, achieving  remarkable educational outcomes. Among the three undergraduate cohorts, a  total of 682 students have earned degrees from both partner  universities, representing over 98% of the graduates. Alumni have been  admitted to prestigious domestic institutions for further studies,  including Nanjing University, Shandong University, Northwest University,  Beijing University of Technology, Dalian University of Technology, and  East China University of Science and Technology. For overseas education,  recent graduates have successfully gained entry into postgraduate  programs at renowned universities abroad such as the University of  Sydney, the University of New South Wales, the National University of  Singapore, the University of Leeds, the University of Melbourne, the  University of Glasgow, and the University of Sheffield. The overall  further education rate of students stands at approximately 32%,  surpassing that of students in regular programs of the same discipline  at our university.Concurrently, students have demonstrated outstanding performance in scientific and technological innovation. In recent years, they have secured over 40 awards in national-level competitions, more than 20 awards in design-related contests, and over 60 honors at the provincial level.
